Terms & Conditions
for the Meeting Rooms

· Cost
- The main room, which holds up to 7 people, is £24 per hour.
- The smaller room which is set up with comfortable chairs, accommodates 4 people, is £15 per hour.
- Both rooms together are £30 per hour.

· Setting up
- There is a free 15 minute set up and take down time at the beginning and end of the session, upon request.
​
· Food & Drinks
- Drinks and biscuits can be provided at a cost of £2 per person per half day.
- Drinks and cakes can be provided at a cost of £2.50 per person per half day.

· Cancellations
- If cancelled 14 days prior to the event you will be fully refunded.
- If cancelled 10 days before 80% refunded.
- If cancelled 7 days before then 50% refunded.
- If cancelled less than 7 days before there is no refund. However, you can transfer the booking to someone else if they have filled in our booking form, so we have the details.

· Insurance
- You have to have insurance which covers yourself and any guests when attending your booking, as our insurance does not cover visitors’ possessions.
​
· Noise
- Please ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level as other businesses use the other offices in the building to work from.
​
· Clearing up
​
- On leaving it is the hirers responsibility to unplug any heaters that have been on, thank you.
​
- Apart from dirty cups and plates, we request that the room is left in the same tidy state that is was found in, with any moved furniture put back into its original position.
- The hirer will be responsible for paying to repair or replace any damaged items or furniture.
- When the room is hired someone will be there to set the room up as required and to make drinks and put cakes or snacks out. They would be there from 15 minutes before the hire period.
