Hello
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. My name is Emma, I am the founder of this project. Below I explain my motivation for starting this project and what it means to me.
My Story
This charity project was initiated by me after I had gone through a very difficult time losing two relatives at the start of covid, then losing another relative and a close friend to cancer last spring and summer. This was followed closely by two people very close to me struggling to survive extreme mental health issues and needing to support them, and to try and persuade them to keep living.

It made me want to try and contribute something to life and try and make a small difference. So eight months ago I started writing an emotional health tips and advice book, from all the things that I had learnt since losing my own business a few years ago. I thought if I could share everything I had learnt through trial and error about boosting health, energy and happiness it might help someone else who is just at the start of their journey.

I hoped when I had put enough tips and ideas together I could then sell the books to help other people struggling and also to raise money for charities like Cancer UK and other charities and community causes.

This also made me think that it would be great within the book to have a large section dedicated to charities, community projects etc, so that if people did need help and support this would easily show them where they could go to get this help and what is available for them.

Alongside doing this I was also trying to run my new business and struggling to find good affordable avenues to promote my business. This made me think how great it would be for businesses to be able to share all their tips and wisdom that they had learnt over time, and showcase these as a way to promote their business. This way they would be adding great value to peoples lives and helping people, whilst also supporting and growing their business.

All these things coming together was the inspiration for this charity project. Thank you for reading, Emma.
